To enter cheats, do the following for PS2:
Start playing any of the missions
Pause the game by hitting ‘start’
While the game is paused, press and hold all four shoulder buttons
Enter a code while holding down the four shoulder buttons
A metal-clashing sound signals when you’ve entered a proper code
Release the should buttons and hit ‘start’ to continue your mission

For Xbox and NGC: Hold down the two shoulder buttons

For PC: hold down left cntrl, shift, and alt while entering code from the menu screen. Should hear a sound effect when done properly.
